We are seeking a successful, motivated, and top-performing Sales Manager with an F&I background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing/training the sales floor, driving business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations, accurately desking deals, submitting deals to lenders for approval, making credit decisions, and effectively close/maximize deals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in automotive sales and management, who can lead a team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and departmental goals. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of customer issues. Work closely with the finance department to enhance overall customer experience. Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations. Managing all three areas of customer traffic: Showroom, Internet, and Phones Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager in the automotive industry. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. F&I experience. Excellent understanding of automotive sales processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with automotive CRM software and Microsoft Office. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Managing the sales process with Product Specialists so customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing. Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
