Job Description

Our Craft Bartenders are held to a high standard as they are responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications and recipes for guests at the bar and in the restaurant. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide excellent customer service and create an enjoyable drinking experience. They will also be responsible for experimenting with drink specials including creating the classics and other innovative drinks. We are willing to train the right person if they are willing to learn, came work with a team, and present a positive attitude.

Duties Include:

  • Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve
  • Answer any questions or suggest items on the menu based on the customer’s preferences
  • Upsell and highlight the restaurant’s food and beverages
  • Take payment
  • Communicate orders with the kitchen staff
  • Prepare and organize ingredients for mixing drinks
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Prior experience working as a bartender or restaurant is preferred
  • Customer oriented, friendly, and energetic
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • TAPS Certification
  • Must be legally able to serve alcohol
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
