Job Summary
The Director, Human Resources , is a strategic, tactical, and hands-on role, providing comprehensive HR support to the Power Protection & Quality Solutions (PPQS) Business Unit (BU). This position is characterized by flexibility, exceptional communication skills, and a high level of drive. The Director excels in managing high-volume workloads and is always ready to "roll up their sleeves." This role is crucial for executing our people initiatives, delivering outstanding internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
