Job Description

Salary: $64,500 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

  • Proven training experience with the ability to engage customers over several months while maintaining project timelines, including issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Basecamp, and Jira is preferred.
  • Familiarity with eLearning software such as Skilljar, Captivate, Storyline, as well as synchronous and asynchronous tools, along with graphics tools.
  • Expertise in instructional design for both instructor-led and eLearning training formats.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing eLearning and instructor-led instructional materials specifically for sales and service call center environments.
  • Ability to develop curriculum in a dynamic setting with quick turnaround expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to apply adult learning principles and various instructional design methods and processes to training content.
  • Strong capability to analyze agent needs, organize complex information logically, and create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects with a strong aptitude for project management, multitasking, and prioritizing changing project tasks/deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or Performance Technology, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent related professional experience.
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training and best practice services across various implementation training projects, facilitating customers in the setup and utilization of their new software.
  • Maintain communication with the customer’s designated point of contact and team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation according to team procedures.
  • Receive project assignments from the Implementation Team and collaborate with Implementation Specialists/Project Managers to transition smoothly to Product Support teams post-implementation.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to define objectives, instructional strategies, and project scope.
  • Analyze quality and operational metrics/KPIs to uncover the root causes of performance improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with quality and operations teams to monitor training completion, comprehension, and retention to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Exhibit effective program management by meeting deadlines, adhering to schedules, and identifying and communicating risks proactively.
