About the Role:
Under the guidance of the EP Fellows Program Associate Director, the EP Fellows Training Manager will develop a localized educational strategy and implement/support training programs to provide Rhythm Solutions product and therapy education for EP Fellows within the Western Region; this includes AFib Solutions (AFS) and Cardiac Rhythm Management & Diagnostics (CRMDx) portfolios. The EP Fellows Training Manager will identify and engage HCPs through collaborative partnerships to enhance educational initiatives, advance the safe & effective use of our therapies that provide life-enhancing outcomes, and advise Boston Scientific on matters of strategic importance.
