Job Summary: We are looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent to join our team in assisting with all aspects of hotel guest’s accommodations. Applicants must be self-motivated in a customer service-oriented atmosphere and must have a full understanding of the importance of working as a team to provide great customer service to our guests. Must feel comfortable in all situations, showing confidence and able to make fast decisions in any situation. Full-time position (35+ hours/week) available, seeking flexible availability between both morning shifts (7am-3pm) and afternoon shifts (3pm-11pm) Benefits ( Full-Time) * Medical and Dental Insurance

Responsibilities * Perform all check-in and check-out tasks * Manage online and phone reservations * Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data * Register guests collecting all necessary information * Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms * Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities * Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner * Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs * Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests * Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate * Monitor all areas of the hotel to assure secure and safe. * Maintain updated records of bookings and payments. * Document any guest comments/maintenance requests. * Maintain all areas of the front desk. Qualifications * Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role * Experience with hotel reservations software * Customer service experience * Excellent communication and organizational skills About Us: At Regency Hotel Management, hospitality is who we are—and what we do best.
