Job Title: Counselor – HR & Overseas Recruitment Location: Hyderabad / Visakhapatnam Department: HR & Overseas Recruitment Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for an HR-focused Counselor with experience in Overseas Recruitment and Student Placement. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and professionals for overseas opportunities, managing end-to-end recruitment counseling, and coordinating with international partners for placements. Key Responsibilities:  Counsel and guide students and job applicants regarding overseas employment and study opportunities.  Handle HR screening and pre-selection of candidates for international placements.  Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on the requirements of overseas employers and institutions.  Maintain a database of applicants and track their application, interview, and placement progress.  Provide guidance on documentation, visa processes, and compliance requirements for overseas employment/study.  Coordinate with international partners, universities, or employers for job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.  Conduct orientation and counseling sessions for selected candidates to prepare them for overseas transitions. Key Requirements:  2–4 years of experience in HR, overseas recruitment, or student placement counseling.  Knowledge of international hiring processes, work permits, and study abroad procedures.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling candidate interactions and client coordination.  Ability to multitask and maintain organized candidate records.  Experience in achieving recruitment or counseling targets. Preferred Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or any relevant field.  Prior experience in overseas recruitment agencies or educational consultancies is an advantage.  Familiarity with visa regulations, compliance, and international job markets.
