What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential settings.
• Perform system maintenance and ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed and parts used.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
• Participate in training and team meetings to stay sharp and up-to-date.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA certification
• Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces.
• Positive, professional attitude with a passion for helping people.
• Ability to pass a physical, background check, and drug screening.
