HVAC Technician

Newair Technologies is a reliable provider of heating and air conditioning services, specializing in HVAC solutions for both residential and commercial properties.

We are currently seeking an experienced full-time HVAC Technician in Mentor, OH . We are looking for someone who has a strong background in HVAC systems and has expertise in refrigeration systems. The technician is responsible for ensuring that all cooling systems operate efficiently and effectively, providing comfort and safety to our clients.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Service Technician in HVAC field or related area
• Mechanical knowledge with experience in air conditioning systems
• Experience with refrigeration is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as a team in various environments
• Driver’s license required
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology preferred
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC Equipment
• Weld and plumb components for system installation or repair
• Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
• Document all service activities, including repairs made and parts used for inventory management
• Compliance with safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding HAVC needs
