Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department's efforts to promote our products and services to existing and potential customers. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:

    • Assist in creating engaging and persuasive marketing content, including product descriptions, presentations, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content, such as images, infographics, and videos, to support promotional efforts.

  1. Digital Marketing:

    • Help manage and update the company's website, ensuring all content is current and accurate
    • Contribute to social media marketing efforts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and suggesting content ideas to enhance brand visibility.

  1. Market Research:

    • Conduct research on trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to assist in developing effective marketing strategies.
    • Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

  1. Trade Shows and Events:

    • Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote our products and expand brand presence.
    • Support logistics for events, including booth setup, collateral preparation, and post-event follow-ups.

  1. Marketing Campaigns:

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and customer retention.
    • Assist in monitoring campaign performance and generating reports to measure the success of marketing efforts.

  1. Collaborative Projects:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to gather information and support joint initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using various social media platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute creatively to marketing strategies.
