Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing promotional activities, and maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and eager to contribute to all aspects of marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences
Maintain and update databases, mailing lists, and CRM systems
Coordinate logistics for promotional events, trade shows, and product launches
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and analytics
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors as needed
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
