Join Pactiv Evergreen Inc. as a Dedicated Production Operations Supervisor!

Are you prepared to lead an energetic team through a 12-hour production shift? As our Production Operations Supervisor, you'll be entrusted with guiding a minimum of 25 hardworking employees, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency are consistently achieved.

Your Role Includes:

• Being the hands-on troubleshooter for intricate processes and technical issues, resolving them with expertise.
• Championing safety awareness among all staff members, striving to create an environment that prioritizes health and security.
• Supervising operators while vigilantly overseeing production line operations to meet production capacities.
• Addressing training needs and nurturing the professional growth of your team.
• Ensuring only top-quality products are manufactured and distributed.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly production area.
• Assisting in employee appraisals and providing guidance when needed.
• Processing daily attendance and performance documentation diligently.
• Implementing the Pactiv Production System, driving continuous improvement through kaizen activities.

We Need:

• 5+ years of related experience in a supervisory capacity, ideally within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Strong English language skills for comprehensive communication.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish are an asset.
• Hands-on leadership approach, capable of inspiring large groups and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
• Exhibit reliability, mechanical aptitude, and a mindset geared towards innovation and continuous enhancement.

Physical and Working Conditions:

• Constant standing and movement, with occasional stooping or kneeling.
• Regular lifting and maneuvering of items weighing up to 70 pounds, and pushing/pulling up to 95 pounds.
• Frequent climbing of stairs and occasional ladder climbing.
• Adaptability to various temperature environments and rotational 12-hour shifts with necessary overtime.
