Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled **Production Supervisor **at our Sapulpa, OK location. This position has a direct impact on the success of the Rotary department at our Sapulpa plant.
If you are a Production Supervisor who can:
Help guide others to meet production and quality needs in a safely manner
Conduct Root Cause Anaylsis for scrap, downtime, or other processes
Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities through auditing
Create a team friendly environment
Assist in scheduling production
Assist with implmentation and maintenance of a strong 5S workplace

Must be able to work a flexible work schedule of 4 days on, 4 days off alternating between day shift and night shift every 4 weeks.
