Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Signarama Augusta – 3896 Wrightsboro Rd Ste B, Augusta, GA 30909 Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm About Us: At Signarama Augusta, we specialize in turning blank spaces into attention-grabbing signs that make businesses shine. We love what we do—creating signs that speak louder than words (literally). Job Description: Are you the type who can spot inefficiencies from a mile away and loves turning chaos into order? Do you have the magical ability to solve problems before they even happen? If so, we need you as our Production Supervisor! Your mission (should you choose to accept it): Keep our production process running smoother than a freshly laminated sign. You’ll be the go-to person for all things production, ensuring every project is top-notch and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Sherlock Holmes of production—spot issues and solve them like a pro.
• Keep our production floor organized and running like a well-oiled machine (or CNC machine).
• Make sure every sign that leaves our shop is something we’d proudly hang in Times Square.
• Collaborate with the design teams to ensure projects are as seamless as our vinyl wraps.
• Track production goals and celebrate when we crush them (because we will).
• Keep inventory in check—no one likes running out of materials mid-project.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role (bonus points if you’ve worked in signage before).
• A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet.
• Organizational skills that would make Marie Kondo jealous.
• Passion for processes and continuous improvement—because good is never good enough.
• Goal-driven mindset with a side of determination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills (no megaphone required).
