Now Hiring: Foundry Production Employees – Novi, Michigan

Temperform in Novi, MI is seeking Foundry Production Employees to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll receive hands-on training while learning various processes within the foundry. No prior foundry experience is required-we’ll train you. You’ll be part of a team producing quality castings for industries such as mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact in a supportive team environment.

Pay & Schedule:

• $19.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday, overtime as needed)

What You’ll Do:

• Operate machinery, equipment, and hand tools
• Produce quality castings through processes such as sand molding, melting & pouring, grinding, and material handling
• Follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Other duties as assigned

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new processes
• Attention to detail and ability to follow set instructions
• Dependable and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production a plus
• Willingness to work in a foundry environment
