Reports to: Executive Project Manager
At Encompass, we believe training should inspire, engage, and empower. We partner with life sciences companies to bring therapies, science, and strategy to life through innovative training experiences. From workshops, to launch readiness, to ongoing reinforcement, we make learning stick—and make it matter.
Encompass Communications and Learning is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Project Coordinator to support our Executive Project Manager in the development and execution of best-in-class training and communication solutions. This remote position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless project delivery across pharmaceutical product launches, leadership initiatives, and strategic learning programs.
Partner with our Executive Project Manager to keep client projects on track, on time, and on point.
Build and manage project timelines, status reports, and trackers (and yes, make them look good too).
Be the go-to organizer for team meetings—setting agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-through.
Coordinate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and vendors so deliverables are seamless.
Keep a pulse on project progress, raising flags early and finding creative solutions.
Manage project files, version control, and documentation (because the details matter).
Pitch in on budget tracking, resourcing, and invoicing support.
Bring fresh ideas for improving how we work and how we deliver.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, or related field—or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience coordinating projects (bonus if in training, life sciences, or an agency setting)
A knack for organization, multitasking, and sweating the small stuff without losing sight of the big picture
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: you’re clear, professional, and approachable.
Tech savviness with project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project/Planner, or similar)
Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment with multiple stakeholders
Curiosity about the life sciences industry and eager to learn more
A positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative spirit
You’ll be part of a team that’s shaping how life sciences companies train and grow their people.
Every day is different—you’ll learn, adapt, and make an impact.
We’re a supportive, creative, and collaborative crew.
You’ll have opportunities to grow your skills and your career.
If you are interested in this position and believe you are a good fit, please send your resume/CV and letter of interest to Renee Mangum at rmangum@encompasscnl.com.
