Project Manager - Enterprise Systems Implementation-Dayforce
Location: Hybrid Any where in Ontario , Canada
Permanent /Fulltime
Liaison & Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and enterprise stakeholders to assess and track readiness for HCM/ERP system implementation.
Impact & Readiness Analysis : Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and readiness evaluations across business units, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Readiness Planning : Develop and execute enterprise readiness plans, including communication, training, and change management strategies tailored to enterprise needs.
Workshops & Facilitation : Organize and lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, address stakeholder concerns, and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
Adoption & Training : Support user adoption by identifying training needs, coordinating the development and delivery of learning materials, and ensuring knowledge transfer.
Monitoring & Reporting : Track readiness metrics, report on risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to keep leadership informed and prepared.
Collaboration : Partner closely with project managers, change leads, technical consultants, and other pillars to drive seamless implementation and integration.
