Position Overview

We are looking for a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to evaluating and supporting real estate opportunities. This role offers exposure to deal analysis, financing, and market research in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial models for deal evaluation and financing
• Review leases, profit & loss statements, real estate taxes, and related documents to create accurate pro forma P&Ls
• Conduct and track market research for sales and lease comps
• Quickly and effectively evaluate new deal opportunities
• Prepare loan packages, investment memos, and other supporting materials
• Respond to requests from appraisers, banks, and third parties
• Track active loans and insurance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a real estate or financial analysis role
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Creative, self-starting mindset with a team-player attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle sensitive material with the highest level of confidentiality
