Job Description

Description Receptionist Duties + Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner + Answer and direct incoming phone calls + Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area + Schedule appointments and assist with visitor sign-in/sign-out + Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries + Provide general information about programs and services to the public + Support with clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, and filing Administrative Assistant Duties + Provide direct support to program managers and department leads + Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets + Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and minutes + Assist in data entry, database management, and program tracking + Maintain confidential client and agency files in accordance with privacy laws + Support grant reporting and compliance documentation + Assist with invoice processing, supply ordering, and vendor communication Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred for Admin Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and customer service skills Prior experience in social services or a nonprofit environment a plus TalentMatch® ­Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
