As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) youll make a direct impact on children and families in your community while developing valuable professional skills. We offer:

Provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities or behavioral challenges
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support academic behavioral and emotional growth
Track and document client progress
Collaborate with therapy team members and attend ongoing training sessions
Create a positive safe and supportive environment where children can thrive

Strong communication skills with clients families and colleagues

Ability to stay calm flexible and resourceful in challenging situations
Observational and problem-solving skills to support client progress
No prior certification required at hire we provide assistance with RBT training
Must obtain RBT and CPR certification within 30 days of hire
Must complete BCI & FBI background checks before starting
Preferred: minimum of 2 years of college education (not required)
Multiple shifts available: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM Monday through Friday (some weekend availability)
Most hours are at our therapy center in Northfield OH
Some services may be provided in clients homes schools or community settings throughout the ClevelandAkron area
