At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide compassionate, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children with autism build communication, social, and independence skills.

We’re seeking an experienced, dependable RBT to work afternoons with a community-based client in Hampton, VA (zip 23666) . This part-time opportunity offers consistent weekday hours, a supportive team, and the chance to make a lasting impact close to home.

Position Details

• Location: Hampton, VA (community-based client, zip code 23666)
  
• Setting: In-home and community ABA therapy
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
  
• Employment Type: Part-time
  
• Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  
• Start Date: ASAP
  
• Compensation: $22.00–$26.00/hr (based on experience & certification)
  

What You’ll Do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in the client’s home and community
  
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans under BCBA supervision
  
• Collect and record accurate session data using digital tools
  
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
  
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and caregivers to promote progress
  

Who You Are

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing (required)
  
• Passionate about supporting children with autism
  
• Reliable, professional, and patient
  
• Comfortable working independently in a home or community setting
  
• Organized and punctual with strong attention to detail
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Active RBT certification
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  
• Ability to complete background checks
  

Preferred:

• Experience providing ABA therapy in home or community settings
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
