This is a 100% commission-based role. There is no base salary. You earn based on how many clients you help and policies you submit.

Responsibilities
Meet with clients via Zoom at scheduled times
Present benefit plans in a clear, engaging way
Support them in completing applications digitally
Maintain and update call records
