Job Description

Position: Sales Representative - Japanese Bilingual

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to promote and sell our private brand alcohol products to wholesalers, with some involvement in food sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the alcohol industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with wholesalers across California and other states.
• Present and promote our PB alcohol products and Japanese food items to potential and existing clients.
• Attend liquor exhibitions to promote our PB alcohol line.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our alcohol products through brewery training.

Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Native-level Japanese & Business-level English language proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Sales experience is not required, but previous experience is a huge plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: DOE $55,000 - $70,000 per year
• 401k, Dental, Health, PTO
• Mileage reimbursement for the use of your own vehicle.
• Reimbursement for travel expenses, including hotel, rental car, and meals.
