We are seeking a skilled SAP LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) Specialist with hands-on experience in the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and WM (Warehouse Management) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data migration activities, ensuring seamless transfer of legacy data into SAP systems, and supporting business process optimization within these functional areas.

• Design, configure, and execute LSMW projects for data migration from legacy systems to SAP, focusing on SD, MM, and WM modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather data requirements and map legacy data structures to SAP data models.
• Create and maintain LSMW objects such as recording, batch input, direct input, BAPI, and IDoc methods.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration.
• Conduct unit testing, data validation, and reconciliation activities to verify successful migration.
• Document migration processes, procedures, and outcomes for future reference and audit purposes.
• Provide post-migration support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize migration strategies as needed.
• Train end-users and team members on LSMW processes and best practices.

• Proven experience with SAP LSMW, including multiple end-to-end data migration projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and WM modules, including master and transactional data structures.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and cleansing techniques.
• Experience with SAP data upload tools and methodologies (e.g., BAPIs, IDocs, batch input).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

• SAP certification in SD, MM, or WM modules.
• Experience in large-scale SAP implementation or migration projects.
• Familiarity with ABAP programming for custom data migration solutions.
• Knowledge of additional SAP modules or integration points is a plus.
