Our Franklin, TN, office is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Interior Designer to help us deliver exceptional results from concept through construction.

About The Role

You'll be at the heart of the design-build process, taking the lead on space planning, finish selections, and drafting to turn big ideas into buildable, budget-aligned solutions. We're looking for a designer who is either skilled in Chief Architect or excited to learn. Strong CAD and documentation skills are essential; we'll provide the tools and support to grow with us.

What You'll Do

Lead client design meetings and develop creative yet practical residential remodeling solutions

Draft detailed layouts, elevations, and cabinet designs using Chief Architect (training provided if needed)

Translate ideas into construction-ready documents and spec packages

Select finishes, fixtures, and materials that align with client tastes and project goals

Work hand-in-hand with Project Managers and Estimators to ensure feasibility and clarity

Stay involved during construction to maintain design integrity and client satisfaction

You're a Fit If You...

Have 5+ years of interior design experience, preferably in remodeling or residential architecture

Are a CAD whiz (AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or similar) with an eye for precision

Love working with homeowners and guiding them through the design journey

Thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving, client-centered environment

Have strong project ownership and organizational skills

Are excited about working with a top-tier design-build firm that values both quality and people

Compensation & Benefits

$65,000-$75,000 annual salary, based on experience
