Description
-Oversee all monthly bookkeeping services for clients and perform part-time controllership services including reconciling bank statements, credit cards, fixed assets, and payroll
-Prepare partnership, S-corporation, C-corporation, and non-profit tax returns using Ultra Tax software.
-Prepare working trial balances and work papers in support of business income tax and financial statement preparation.
- Work with Secretary of State and IRS on entity formation, including Articles of Organization/ Incorporation, SS-4 forms for federal identification and S-Corp taxation.
-File annual statement of information for business clients with the Secretary of State.
Requirements
Requirements
-2+ years of hands-on accounting and tax
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration required
-CPA license or EA a plus, candidates welcome
-Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Desktop
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Team player that can develop and maintain professional and working relationships
