Description -Assist with processing vehicle titles using the respective states/DMVS guidelines i a timely and accurate manner -Prepare documents and update existing loan records -Assist with communication between BCU and 3rd party partners for assistance of Title perfection or Product claims -Support and guide frontline departments with problem solving in a timely manner through emails and TEAMS -Review, sort and file all on-site mail to imaging or titles department -Engage and assist team with best member experience -Meet and exceed service level standards kills & Qualifications MUST HAVEs --collections experience // credit union or banking experience // titles or registration experience -Computer skills, MS Office -HS Diploma or GED NICE TO HAVEs -Financial service experience -Symitar experience (working within a credit union) -Salesforce, TruStage, Accelerant, LifeCycle experience -College Education Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Vernon Hills, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
