Are you a visionary marketing professional ready to inspire connection, build community, and elevate student life? Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead innovative, student-focused marketing initiatives for our on-campus dining programs at George Mason University.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead dining marketing efforts across residential, retail, and catering channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest experience goals.
• Design and manage compelling campaigns to drive meal plan participation, guest engagement, and program awareness.
• Build and execute creative event experiences that energize the campus community.
• Oversee all communication channels including digital, social media, print collateral, and website content.
• Monitor marketing metrics, assess impact, and optimize for performance.
• Foster strong partnerships with campus stakeholders to support sustainability, nutrition, and wellness programming.
• Support business development and retention through impactful marketing materials and presentations.
