Position Overview:
As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and efficiently. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a polished appearance.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
Maintain traffic flow and organize parking areas during events
Keep valet area clean, organized, and presentable
Provide directions or assistance as needed to guests
Communicate effectively with event staff and management
Schedule & Pay:
$19/hour plus tips
Shifts vary based on event schedule (mostly evenings and weekends) during events. Pre schedule with Event Calendar
Opportunities for additional event staffing work with MCE
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from event locations in Vacaville and Napa
Previous valet or customer service experience a plus, but not required
