Your Job We are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Analyst to join our IT infrastructure team. The successful candidate will analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational excellence. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.
What You Will Do - Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement process maps and workflow designs to optimize operations.
- Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Develop and propose solutions for process improvements and automation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using standard methodologies
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to IT infrastructure.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) - Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Workflow Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and tools and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Experience leveraging multiple data sources and ETL tools to build data models and data lakes.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in analyses and reports.
What Will Put You Ahead - Experience working in the Manufacturing industry
- Experience with ServiceNow modules and data
- Basic programming skills or familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R)
- Ability to build executive level presentations
- Experience with cost modeling and estimating
