Job Description

Job Summary

As a Graphic Designer at Branded Bills, you will work with a team that is responsible for creating designs for our custom hat and apparel department. The design team works in partnership with the sales department to create unique designs for buyers across the country to help them customize products unique to their business and demographic. Successful BB designers are innovative, work well with the team, provide feedback where necessary, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment, all while contributing to the growth of our custom department. A Branded Bills Graphic Designer has to be up for the challenge and ready for unlimited growth opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creative team in developing design concepts and executing projects from start to finish.
  • Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics and follow established design templates and style guides.
  • Prepare files for production, print, and digital delivery.
  • Develop new design concepts, layouts, and graphics for social media and printed signage.
  • Execute all design concepts and deliverables according to established timelines with minimal supervision.
  • Think Creatively using solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Understand industry trends and proactively contribute new and fresh ideas that will improve the overall customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant design experience (internships or freelance work may count).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles including layout, color, and typography.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  • Candidates must provide a portfolio or a link that demonstrates understanding and skill range.

Compensation: $17.00
