Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Niagara Falls, NY (Position can be remote. Weekly travel is required.)

Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 Annually (plus uncapped commission structure)

Role Summary:

The ATC Sales Representative is a unique opportunity for the right person. This is a highly visible role responsible for driving wholesale revenue growth and expanding our brand footprint across New York State . This individual will be instrumental in nurturing existing accounts, networking, securing new partnerships and serving as an important face of All That Chocolate in the marketplace. Key responsibilities include direct sales, account management, and strategic brand ambassadorship through pop-up events and comprehensive budtender education sessions designed to elevate brand awareness, and enhance product knowledge to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Account Growth: Directly manage a portfolio of existing wholesale accounts, ensuring high retention and consistent order growth. Identify, pursue, and open new wholesale accounts across New York State.
  • Brand Ambassadorship & Education: Represent All That Chocolate at industry events, trade shows, and in-store pop-ups. Conduct informative budtender education sessions to increase product knowledge, drive advocacy, and build strong relationships within the retail community.
  • Market Penetration: Strategically expand ATC's market share and product distribution across our product categories.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key dispensary owners, buyers, budtenders and support staff.
  • Revenue & Performance Targets: Work with the owners of ATC to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report on activity in the marketplace related to our product offerings, consumer trends, and new product development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the ATC marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment as well as develop effective promotional campaigns and consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven wholesale sales experience, ideally within the cannabis, alcohol, CPG, food & beverage, or other regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and growing a client base.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the New York State Adult-Use Cannabis program and regulatory framework.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently to manage a large territory.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Google Suite.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid NYS driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel across NYS to grow our business.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to attend industry conferences, tradeshows and dispensary events..
